The group was brought together for the programme and they enjoyed it so much that they kept singing and are now taking their singing and stories out into the Community. sing@bryan-marshall.com BeatSingIn December 2021, Beatson Cancer Charity were asked to provide some festive entertainment for a fundraiser. Community Fundraising Manager Maisie McCormick got in touch with Bryan and during the singing, the idea formed in Bryan's head that; "Wouldn’t it be great to have a choir solely dedicated to supporting and singing at Beatson events?!" – and from this idea, BeatSing was formed!
The choir is made up of staff members, giving an opportunity for colleagues to come together outside of work and sing. The choir came together for the first time in March 2023 and is made up of staff members of both Beatson Cancer Charity and the NHS. sing@bryan-marshall.com |
